Job Title: QA/QC Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas (Relocation packages available)

Company Overview: A leading company in the construction of hyperscale data centers is seeking a passionate and experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing QA/QC processes for large-scale projects and a strong understanding of MEP, concrete, and architectural disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC process and program for hyperscale data center projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor team members in QA/QC roles.
• Oversee MEP, concrete, and architectural QA/QC activities.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, including electrical and mechanical contractors, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project quality.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in a QA/QC management role, specifically in hyperscale data centers.
• Strong background in MEP, concrete, and architectural disciplines.
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members.
• Passion for QA/QC and a primary interest in this field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to relocate to Dallas, Texas (relocation packages are individualized and will be discussed).

7+ years experience as QA/QC Manager
Experience on multiple Hyperscale data center facilities
Strong background in MEP with experience in Concrete and Architecture
