The Role: As the Quality Lab Manager, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence. You will lead a talented team of Quality Technicians and Mechanical Inspectors in ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards, and you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality technicians/ mechanical inspectors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance, including testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and implement robust quality management systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer, and company standards in an ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949 environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
• Manage the quality lab's budget and resources effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management) is preferred and Quality Certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality-related technical role within a manufacturing company.
• Proven track record of successfully managing quality control labs and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
