Job Responsibilities:

1. OQC/IQC/PQA quality management;

2. ODM/OEM and engineering system PQE quality management;2024

3. Have a certain understanding of system products and clearly understand the key quality control points of system products;

4. Use quality tools proficiently, deeply explore business pain points, and provide solutions for the group system quality system:

5. More than 3 years of team management experience;

6. Have awareness of risk management and control and have rich experience in customer review, major customer complaints, and emergency incident handling;

7. Responsible for cross-department communication and coordination, and coordinating system quality business; Professional background and business ability

Requirements:

1. Full-time unified recruitment, bachelor's degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of working experience in the quality management position of the head of the battery company, good knowledge of batteries； Have an in-depth understanding of packages, module packs , energy storage containers.

2. Familiar with quality management systems and familiar with enterprise production workflow

3. Have strong organizational and coordination skills, team management skills, and leadership skills;

4. Have strong judgment and decision-making abilities, a strong sense of professional responsibility, and adhere to principles;

-ISO experience setting compliance

-Experience building high-performing teams in a matrixed multi-site quality structure

-Senior Manager or Director level current role

-Financial experience and ownership of key quality operational metrics: Cost of quality, scrap, vendor recovery, RCA/CAPA proficiency

Ideal:

-Battery experience or other experience in an advanced manufacturing environment

-Manufacturing foundation

-Global experience, minimal qualification North America experience/scope
