Position Title: ReactJS Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing modern UI using front end technologies like React and backend services like Spring, ECS, AWS, S3, RESTful services.
- Design React JS based components for customer facing applications.
- Understand existing flows and modernize using cloud-based technologies like AWS, React, Spring Boot.
- Collaborate within and outside team to design and develop solutions, analysis, and fixing issues.
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
- Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
- Proactively identifies hidden problems, patterns in data, and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- In-depth knowledge of React JS. TypeScript, Websockets, NodeJS
- Experience with state management in React technologies
- Experience with automation test frameworks like Cucumber, Jest, Cypress and Storybook to write unit test, component test and contract tests.
- Experience with performance testing browser-based applications.
- Experience with service workers, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Proficient in AWS services like ECS, S3, ALB, NLB, Lambda.
- Knowledge of OS scripting language like PowerShell and Bash.
- Understanding of loosely coupled architecture and application design patterns
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with micro frontends, CEN/XFS APIs, Terraform
- Exposure to Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful, PowerShell, Bash, Dynamo, Aurora
- Experience with Datadog, CloudWatch, Open Telemetry
Nice to have skills:

- Frontend to backend ratio for this role: 80/20
