Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
Build authentic relationships and deliver five-star service
Run CMAs to price homes competitively
Negotiate offers/counteroffers with confidence
Stay sharp on Triangle market trends
Create simple listing walkthrough videos (well teach you)
Close dealsand celebrate the wins with your team

Skills & Requirements

North Carolina Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in the course)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Selfmotivated, teamoriented, and trustworthy
Must be located within 30 minutes of Raleigh
