Empowered Staffing is excited to partner with a top-tier real estate investment firm specializing in high-growth multi-family, self-storage, and industrial assets across the U.S. As they continue to expand, the company is seeking a talented and driven Project Manager/Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Skokie!

As the Project Manager/Acquisitions Analyst, you will work directly with the firm’s Executive Leadership team to provide valuable financial insights and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to track cash flow, capital, and project performance.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and develop predictive models to assess acquisition opportunities.
• Work on asset management projects to provide data-driven insights and aid in strategic decisions.
• Confidently present findings and analyses to Executives, Partners, and Investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years in Real Estate Finance, focusing on multi-family, Class A, retail, commercial, or industrial acquisitions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, waterfall analysis) and real estate software, including Argus Enterprise and RealPage Asset Monitoring.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, energetic demeanor.
