Real Estate Client Intake
We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused person to join our growing Law Firm. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Jacksonville, FL, office.
About the Company: Ansbacher Law is a Florida law firm founded in 1997 with offices in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Coral Gables, and Lake Mary (Orlando Area). About the Role: This role will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, with a primary focus on managing the intake process for residential and commercial real estate closings, while also assisting the team with contract reviews, leases, and other business-related transactions. This role also includes onboarding clients for other practice areas and will be the back-up to the Client Specialist.
Responsibilities include gathering and verifying initial client information and documents, coordinating file openings, entering data into our case management systems, and ensuring a smooth handoff to attorneys and support staff. Additional duties include responding to client inquiries, maintaining intake records, collaborating with internal teams to improve workflows, and supporting intake for other transactional matters. Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, willingness to learn, and proficiency with software are essential.
The position will be part of the real estate practice area, which is led by managing shareholder and board-certified real estate lawyer Zachary Roth.
