Job Description

Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has a Part-Time Receptionist position available in our Main Clubhouse, which houses many of the Club's dining venues and meeting rooms.

SUMMARY: From answering the phones to in-person interactions, the Receptionist is often the first person a Member or guest encounters. Setting the tone for their Interlachen experience, the Receptionist provides assistance to all Members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Part-Time (
• Must have weekend and evening availability; able to work holidays
• Available Tuesday- Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets members and guests at the reception desk in the Main Clubhouse.
• Answers multi-line phone system and directs calls.
• Records member reservations for regular dining and Club events.
• Performs various administrative duties including copying, faxing, filing, and assisting with Club mailings.
• Cross-trains to learn the Fitness Center Receptionist responsibilities.

Requirements

AVAILABILITY: Variable Part-Time hours Tuesday - Sunday.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be required to sit for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
• Able to receive and follow detailed instructions.
• Must be capable of working under pressure.
• Requires constant operation of office equipment, including computer, copier, and phone system.
• Must possess auditory, verbal, and visual capabilities in order to adequately communicate via phone and in person.
• Computer and communication skills required.
• Must be able to multi-task.
