Recruiter
Key Role:
Provides expertise to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and leads in the entire hiring cycle. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members. Build the DARPA brand through stellar candidate management and communication practices
Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience using modern recruiting tools, research, identify and engage passive talent to fill both active roles and opportunity hires
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to assist in Applicant Tracking Systems implementation
- Ability to identify issues within the recruitment process that result in candidate withdrawals, delays or issues and suggestion potential solutions
- Ability to maintain thorough candidate records
- Ability to effectively communicate to candidates the benefits of working for DARPA, generating excitement throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications: - Experience acting as a career coach and resource to staff within the organization looking to leverage particular expertise or connection
- Ability to build lasting connections with key technical talent of interest to DARPA

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
