About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for its Canada Region. The successful candidate will be tasked with the supervisory responsibility of all boutiques within the region, with a current total of 6 boutiques. This pivotal role involves developing and enhancing the company's presence and positioning in Canada, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The Regional Vice President will also be responsible for optimizing retail operations, analyzing market trends, and devising business strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include managing all aspects of the business, such as sales, operations, merchandising, and HR. The role demands a leader who can make informed decisions, solve problems, and manage the workforce effectively.
