Company Description Dandelion Nutrition is a growing nutrition group practice based in Seattle, WA. We are seeking Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialists (CNS) to join our team, and are particularly interested in candidates experienced with: Integrative & functional nutrition Pediatric/adolescent - both general peds & eating disorders Diabetes Sports Nutrition While the position is remote/ work from home, we can only hire applicants who live in Washington State. Job Description Provide nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to adult and/or pediatric clients Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client care Coordinate care with other providers/ treatment team Perform relevant administrative tasks Create and maintain professional relationships with other providers to ensure an excellent reputation in the community and online The position is remote/ work from home 20-25 client hours/week (~32-40 total hours) Qualifications Required (all): Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) Washington State Certified Dietitian (CD) or Certified Nutritionist (CN) At least 1-2 years of post-internship work experience Fully Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned Preferred: Already credentialed with insurance companies we accept Experience working with babies/kids/teens, diabetes, sports nutrition and/or pediatric eating disorders Experience with integrative & functional nutrition, or completion of a comprehensive training program Specialty certifications, such as CDCES, CEDS, CSP, CLT, CSSD, etc. The Ideal Candidate Will... Have strong clinical and counseling skills Have a passion for helping clients get to the root of their health problems Have strong initiative and problem-solving skills Have eagerness for ongoing learning and professional growth Have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Have high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, with the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality regarding clients and practice Be knowledgeable and experienced in nutrition counseling approaches and modalities (i.e. motivational interviewing), intuitive eating, and MNT Be self-motivated, self-directed, and organized Be excited to help grow our offerings Additional Information Do you have or want to have your own private practice in the near future?
