Your Role * Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging both our innovative platform and your personal network
* Reach out to prospective candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities, and assessing their interest
* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough interviews
* Follow up with potential candidates to sustain interest and support their hiring journey
* Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions for meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Structure This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. This means there are no limits on your earnings nor constraints on your potential!
Your earnings will be based on the value you bring:
