Position Overview:

The analyst will help implement the revised risk assessment methodology, perform risk evaluations, and collaborate with the Risk Assessment Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Support the execution of AML and OFAC risk assessments according to the updated methodology.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data regarding organizational and regulatory risk factors.

Collaborate with the Risk Assessment Manager to create and present risk reports to senior management.

Monitor risk exposure, identify potential challenges, and propose mitigation strategies.

Maintain current knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a similar field.

3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, AML, or a related area.

Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with AML and OFAC regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to various internal applications.
