Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills. right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part Time, Every Other Weekend 8:30am-5:00pm HHA Wage: $17.50 - 22.50 wage is based on experience Are you compassionate towards others? Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include: Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions including administrative support. Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
