They serve environmental consultants, engineers, industrial hygienists, and other technical professionals who require reliable instrumentation, competitive rates, and knowledgeable service. With multiple locations across the U.S. and a new branch opening soon, they combine local expertise with nationwide reach, offering flexible rental programs and exceptional customer support.

THE JOB

This hybrid Sales & Marketing Coordinator role blends creative digital marketing with proactive inside sales. Youll manage inbound leads from the companys website and digital campaigns, qualify them for deeper opportunities, and proactively prospect within targeted industries. On the marketing side, youll own social media posting (LinkedIn, Facebook), create content in Canva, support monthly email campaigns, and assist in executing broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads (web hits), uncovering additional contacts, departments, and needs.
  • Build and execute call campaigns using customer lists, past quotes/orders, referrals, LinkedIn, and trade association contacts.
  • Create, schedule, and track social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Assist with email campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and maintain CRM records for all sales activity.
  • Collaborate with multiple branch offices to ensure orders and opportunities are handled correctly.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Some experience in marketing, inside sales, or a related hybrid role.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
  • Experience balancing creative marketing projects with sales follow-up and prospecting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree (marketing, communications, environmental science/engineering, or related).
  • Familiarity with environmental, engineering, or technical products.
  • Cold calling or high-volume outreach experience.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in learning scientific products quickly.

THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $45,000$50,000 plus ~$10,000 annual profit share (total target compensation ~$50,000$65,000).
