About Us:

Tomei’s Janitorial Service is a fast-growing, locally owned commercial cleaning company serving Beaver County and surrounding areas. We also operate Beaver Valley Janitorial Supply , providing essential cleaning and paper products to local businesses and organizations. As new owners, we’re on a mission to grow our supply sales division and are building out our sales and marketing team—starting with YOU.

About the Internship:

We’re looking for a motivated and coachable student or recent grad to join us as our very first Sales & Marketing Intern —someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and learn how to build and grow a customer base from the ground up.

This is NOT a coffee-run internship. You’ll get real, hands-on experience in inside and outside sales , lead generation, customer outreach, and local marketing. You'll work directly with the business owner and be a key player in launching our sales and marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify local businesses and organizations as potential clients
• Make initial outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with new accounts and learn how to walk a prospect through the sales process
• Create and deliver sales materials, samples, and marketing flyers
• Help maintain and organize lead information (light CRM tracking)
• Assist with local marketing ideas—email, social media, signage, etc.
• Track weekly activities and report outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Business, Marketing, or Communications student (or similar)
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn sales
• Confidence to speak with customers in person or on the phone
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Must be local to Beaver County and able to travel to Center Township (some mileage reimbursement included)

Internship Details:

• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week (flexible)
• Paid Position: $15/hour
• Runs for 3 months with potential to extend
• Ideal for students looking for local, resume-building experience in sales & entrepreneurship
