Job Description:

We’re looking for friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associates to create our team! As a key member of Mazúr Boutique, you’ll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while assisting customers with their fashion and styling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to a loyal client base
• Maintain store appearance, including restocking and organizing merchandise
• Assist with visual merchandising and displays to create an inspiring shopping environment
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions
• Process incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and new arrivals to offer product knowledge to customers
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards
• Assist in creating social media content
• Think creatively and go above and beyond to deliver a unique experience for our customers
• Assist with in-store pop-up events

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or boutique settings
• Passion for fashion, styling, and creating a great customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed
• Social media experience is a plus
