Company Summary Base Pay: $17.75/hour + Uncapped Commission 1st Year On-Target Earnings: $68,000. No prior sales experience required. Full-time training is paid! Department Summary Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team that specializes in helping customers make informed choices by showcasing the value of our products and services through a consultative approach. You will handle 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Successfully promote and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers. Evaluate each customer's needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver the best value. Show resilience and maintain your focus on broader goals when faced with challenging calls. Efficiently manage your time while engaging with customers, navigating systems, and performing real-time data entry. Keep up-to-date with our products, services, promotions, and competitive advantages. Deliver outstanding customer service to strengthen customer relationships.
