Job Description

The Law Clerk position requires you to be a hard worker, to take initiative, and to have attention to detail.

The position requires top performance and exemplary dedication towards the Vergara Miller Law Firm’s mission of “changing people’s lives''. The Law Clerk position is for a 2L or 3L who is willing to learn and work full-time doing research for our clients and their cases. A great way to earn some money, gain some contacts in the legal world, and expand your research skills at the same time. Responsibilities

  1. Conduct legal and investigative research.
  2. Review and analyze criminal records
  3. Document Review: review and organize legal documents, including contracts, depositions, and pleadings. They ensure that all necessary documents are filed correctly and on time.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  5. Think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
