Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, etc.).
Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for seamless integration.
Provide end-user training and support.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in FICO.
Experience with S/4HANA.
Exposure to international finance processes and multi-currency environments.
Familiarity with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or ServiceNow.
