SAP SCM Consultant

Location: Rosemead, CA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant with strong expertise in MM and EWM modules, and hands-on experience in supply chain transformation and transition projects . The consultant will play a key role in analyzing business processes, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, and driving supply chain efficiencies.

Must-Have Skills

• SAP MM (Mandatory):
  • Configuration & expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP.
  • Hands-on experience with Batch Jobs and IDOCs.
• Transition Project Experience (ADM/Transition projects).
• SAP EWM (Mandatory):
  • Configuration expertise in inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
  • Proficiency in physical inventory & cycle counting.

Good-to-Have Skills

• SAP SUS: Service Purchase Orders in portal, ECC integration, PI, vendor onboarding, confirmations, invoicing, and user maintenance.
• CFolder: Setup and maintenance.
• SAP Ariba & Fieldglass experience.
• SAP SRM: Classic scenario configuration, shopping cart, ECC integration, workflow, catalog management, MDM, PI, bid management, confirmations, invoicing.
• Exposure to procurement in Utility business domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guide and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions with a focus on SAP technologies.
2. Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and performance.
3. Lead design, implementation, and support of complex SCM business processes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
5. Provide functional expertise, system configuration, and user support in MM and EWM modules.
6. Assist with transition projects , system integrations, and process optimization.
7. Develop and maintain functional documentation, training, and knowledge transfer .

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as an SAP SCM Consultant , with strong focus on MM & EWM .
• Hands-on expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP, and Warehouse processes .
• Experience in transition/ADM projects .
• Exposure to Ariba, Fieldglass, SUS, SRM, and CFolder preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Utility business domain will be an added plus.
