Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: School Services Start Date: 03/23/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description As a school-based occupational therapist, also called a school OT, you'll help children and teens with the skills needed for education-related activities. Working in a public, private or charter school or other academic facility, you'll review students' individualized education programs (IEPs), develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans, recommend and provide equipment, monitor goal progress and more. You'll play a critical role in helping students thrive in school and beyond.
