Job Description Job Description The City of O'Fallon, MO is looking to hire a knowledgeable and dependable Seasonal Landscape Worker - Level 2 . Are you looking for a position where you'll be working each day in the beautiful city grounds of O'Fallon? Our Seasonal Landscape Workers-Level 2 earn competitive pay of $18.55 - $20.05 (top of grade) hourly. The expected starting salary for this position is $18.55 ; applicants with prior experience and qualifications may earn more. As part of our Parks Department, you will be responsible for assisting in the beautification and maintenance of City streets, parks and City facilities as directed by Landscape Division staff. Generally, your schedule will be Monday Friday from 7 am to 3:30. As a Seasonal Landscape Worker - Level 2, your duties and responsibilities will include: Regularly mowing municipal properties on a set weekly schedule Assisting with responsibilities associated with Landscaping, which may include mulching, planting, mower and cleaning up shrubs and litter We're looking for someone who is comfortable operating motorized equipment such as pick up trucks, zero turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and have the ability to safely tow a 20' trailer through traffic. This person should be someone with previous mowing experience and who can be relied upon to coordinate and supervise a small crew. Could this be the opportunity for you?
