Senior Accountant - Fast-Paced, Private Equity-Owned Firm with Midwest Values

• Lead and support all month-end close activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly financial statements and reporting packages to external investors
• Tackle complex accounting issues tied to private equity ownership and growth initiatives
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies, and internal controls
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership and investment teams in a rapidly shifting environment
