At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to work at a premier global organization in Houston, TX.

\nPay Rate: $30-35 (Based on expereince)
\nSchedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30-4:30
\nOnsite position- in-office
\n
\nAdministrative Assistant II:
\n• Providing cross-functional support to Engineering team Leaders, spanning across global locations.
\n• Managing extensive calendars and strategically coordinating time-sensitive matters for multiple leaders.
\n• Arranging domestic and international business travel.
\n• Completing expense reports and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
\n• Maintaining distribution lists and organizational charts.
\n• Coordinating large group meetings and ensuring visitor access.
\n• Onboarding new hires and setting up office space.
\n• Ordering materials and supplies.
\n• Maintain and regularly update the Department Sharepoint page with the latest information and resources.
\n• Prepare and meticulously proofread presentations, correspondence, global emails, and other critical documents.
\n• Handling mail, faxes, shipping, and other department requirements.
\n• Serving as a member of the Purchasing Office Professional (POPs) team.
\n
\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have an Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
\n• Have 5+ years expereince in Administrative role under executives
\n• Have experience performing administrative tasks.
\n• Are an organized self-starter with good judgment.
\n• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n• Are proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
\n• Strong in Power Point to help with quality of presentations.
\n• Must be comfortable presenting information to large groups of people
\n• Have experience with the creation and manipulation of large spreadsheets.
\n• Are able to work independently and produce quality results with minimal supervision.
\n• Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\n• Can multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet deadlines.
\n
