KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Enterprise Solutions for our Advisory/Consulting practice. Our Advisory practice is expanding, with a collaborative, team-driven culture and opportunities for professional growth. This role focuses on Workday HCM projects and related advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications
• Review and map Workday business processes
• Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of ERP, HCM implementation and upgrade experience
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation with Workday certification in HCM or Integration (If not certified, must secure within three months from the commencement of employment)
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to write at a publication quality level
• Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
