Operating as a trusted advisor, you will optimize the utilization of LeanIX for clients, showcasing your proficiency in both consulting skills and tool knowledge. Support Management in building a high-caliber Business Transformation Advisory Team (Professional Services) for the US market Exciting SAP S/4HANA Transformation projects for leading global brands and Fortune 500 companies Advise customers on how to use LeanIX in their S/4HANA or Technology Transformation Work with a leading SaaS Solution for Enterprise Architecture and business Transformation Management Develop our most ambitious Professional Services offerings for the US market Broad range of responsibilities in sales, delivery, and leadership Knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of young professionals Close collaboration with Sales, CSM, and Product Collaboration with seasoned SAP Experts and management consultants

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a highly motivated team player with a “can do” mindset 5-8 years of experience in IT Management, EA, and Transformation Management in an internationally operating consulting company or large corporation Understanding of large enterprises IT organizations and processes Experience in consultative sales, project delivery, setting yourself high quality standards Ability to establish and secure relationships with customer’s senior management Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity Knowledge and enthusiasm about modern technologies and architectures (e.g., SAP, Cloud, Microservices, Platforms) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional, and mature attitude #BI-Hybrid LeanIX, an SAP company, is a market leader for enterprise architecture management (EAM), driving the modernization of IT landscapes and continuous business transformation.
