Job title: Senior Director of Project Management - Solar Utility EPC Self Perform

Salary: 200k-250K

Bonus: Up to 30%

Location: Houston, Texas

MUST HAVE

• Possesses over a decade of expertise in solar utility projects, with a robust Construction background in self-performance, project management, estimation, and scheduling
• Demonstrated expertise with 200MW +scale solar plants, boasting an extensive track record of successfully designing and constructing large-scale solar power facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build team, standard and process to achieve the corporate growth
• Lead the internal PM & CM Teams respectively in the design and successful build out of solar PV and battery storage solutions.
• Continuously measure and improve operational excellence, adapt and replicate best industry practices across business units to create a highly competitive EPC organization;
• Be accountable to develop and successfully execute on cost reduction programs through optimization of people, processes, and technologies;
• Have insight to highlight key risk factors and provide and deliver best EPC cost estimates
