Our client is a prominent alternative asset management firm with offices across the country. They are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the team in New York City.

Job Details

• Ensure continuous function of building systems
• Coordinate office moves and assist with space planning
• Liaise with vendors to procure supplies, goods, and services
• Manage budgets and allocate resources while controlling for cost
• Perform safety, security, maintenance, and cleanliness walkthroughs
• Work collaboratively across departments, including Janitorial and Security
• Salary Range: $100-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years’ experience in Facilities, Engineering, or similar field
• Tech savvy, with knowledge of Building Management Systems, and able to learn new software as necessary
• Highly knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Able to lift heavy boxes and move furniture as needed
• Highly detail oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through
• Personable communicator and strong collaborator with high levels of professionalism and discretion
