Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and providing insights that influence strategic business decisions.
• Extract, interpret, and analyze financial and operational data using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SQL to support business performance evaluation.
• Support monthly commission calculations and performance-based bonus distributions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Analyze financial impact of pricing changes and develop pricing recommendations based on data
• Conduct in-depth data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity and consistency across financial systems.
• Deliver clear, data-backed presentations and reports to senior leadership, offering insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, create, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives led by executive leadership, offering analytical support and project ownership.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years relevant experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3. Must have Advanced SQL proficiency
