Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Security Engineer (P3) Anti-Tamper/Program Protection to join the Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team for the Systems Directorate. The role involves developing solutions to protect the Warfighter’s technology advantage by creating holistic security solutions leveraging Cyber Security, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems. Responsibilities include supporting implementation of SSE solutions into RTX products, interacting with customers to define SSE requirements and solutions, supporting plans and estimates, project tracking, risk identification and mitigation, planning and guiding SSE implementations, consulting program line management, attack threat modeling, developing system requirements, ensuring compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies, and validating secure configurations using DoD approved tools. The position requires an active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience, experience in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, AT, cybersecurity or embedded security, and experience with DoD programs and secure systems technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience in Anti-Tamper, Cyber Security, program protection requirements, software and firmware engineering, cryptography, attack threat modeling, and advanced degrees or cyber certifications. The role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA.
