Duties

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border tax matters.
• Counsel on income, estate, gift, and other taxes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare memoranda on tax liabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on tax planning.
• Represent clients in tax audits and disputes.
• Prepare and review tax documents and agreements.
• Review financial records to assess tax obligations.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and advise clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Expertise in Federal and California state tax law.
• LL.M. in Tax or related concentration preferred.
• Experience leading client meetings and managing communications.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage a team and mentor others.
