Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day might look like:

Strategy & Research: Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with organizational objectives. Perform in-depth keyword research to target high-value opportunities.
Content Optimization: Enhance website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to improve relevance and rankings.
Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to monitor and enhance website performance, crawlability, and mobile usability.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to produce SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and multimedia assets.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Link-Building: Develop ethical link-building campaigns to increase website authority.
Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Trends & Updates: Stay informed about algorithm changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices to keep strategies current and compliant.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven SEO experience (3-5 years preferred).
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture principles.
WordPress development experience (preferably with Elementor templates).
Experience with Google Tag Manager for managing and editing site entities.
Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Shopify.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization.
Experience integrating SEO with PPC campaigns or other digital marketing strategies.
Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing.
Background in UX/UI design or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
