Project Management & Technical Experience Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains. Provide Project/Delivery Management services for Network deployments, including Resource planning. Task allocation and planning. Regular project tracking and updates. Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners. Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks. Prepare and update documents like SOP, MOP, Swim line Process Diagram, etc. Asset management. Forward and reverse logistics (RMA/Returns). Enterprise infrastructure project planning, release management and help desk. Vendor compliance management & program governance via KPI metrics. Strategy and synergy - identify the right resource & new delivery methodology. Adhere to ITIL standards and establish & implement effective programs and processes. Project performance assessment, audits, deployment/implementation projects Strong analytical skills and coordination with cross-functional teams. Project forecast, Planning, and effectively managing project team for a successful project delivery with the highest customer satisfaction Manage a large team to provide single point ownership for the service delivery in the areas of infrastructure delivery management Services. People, performance, & vendor management. Oversee the safety of the team and implement safe working environments & practices. Work at the customer site and Flexibility working in hours. Work on new projects, RFP, SOW, Transition, and Go-Live support.
