Lift Solutions is Hiring Service Technicians

Peoria, IL | Angola, IN

• $30 - $40 per hour based on technician experience

Service Technician Requirements:

• At least 3 years of troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment is required
• Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits
• Previous overhead crane and scissor lift experience is required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, background checks, and drug screen

Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
• Perform OSHA equivalent inspections, documenting and completing warranty work, and troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls.
• Support customers by effectively interfacing with customers and the office in repairing equipment as needed.
• Perform electrical and /or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
• Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.
• Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
• Responsible for company equipment, including company vehicle(s), tools, etc.
