The Role

We’re looking for empathetic Sexual Health Coaches to join our global network. As a coach at Better.Love, you'll connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering personalized support on a range of sexual health issues. If you excel at building rapport, managing complex interactions, and delivering compassionate guidance, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions online via our innovative web and mobile platforms, addressing diverse sexual health concerns and overall well-being.
• Address sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism, delivering actionable solutions and support, especially when managing challenging or malicious clients.
• Uphold top-tier standards of professionalism, ethical integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Enhance client acquisition and retention, effectively converting inquiries into long-lasting, positive relationships.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Proven experience in client acquisition and conversion, with a strong track record of managing challenging interactions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and respond effectively in difficult situations.
• An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach suitable for a diverse and complex clientele.
• Proficiency in conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls on web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in sexual health or related coaching domains is highly advantageous.
• Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are preferred.
