Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Assistant to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of operational tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control.

What You will be doing:

Key Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, charging, and shipping orders for both wholesale and retail customers.
• Processing repairs and returns.
• Receiving, counting, and performing quality checks on incoming products.
• Bagging and tagging products with correct style numbers.
• Assembling select beaded jewelry items.
• Conducting inventory counts and restocking supplies.
• Maintaining the stockroom through organization and light cleaning.

What experiences you should have

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks, including light lifting and sorting small jewelry items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• Hourly Rate: $20–$25 per hour (dependent on experience).
