Job Summary:```

- Perform various construction tasks, such as digging, trenching, and excavating
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and systems
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
```Skills:```
- The ability to shoot grades and elevations, blueprint reading
- Sitework, and pipework a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
