Job Title:  Social Media & E-Comm Manager

Location:  Plano, TX (4 days per week on site, 1 day remote)

Employment Type:  Full-time, Salaried (40+ hours per week)

What You'll Do

As our  Social Media & E-Comm Manager , you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence, ensuring our content is not just visually stunning but also authentic, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity. Additionally, you will manage our website, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

• Create, curate, and manage content across social platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. ) that reflects our brand’s bold, colorful, and feminine aesthetic
• Capture high-quality  photos and videos of our products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to create stunning, engaging, and on-brand content
• Develop and execute a  content calendar , ensuring timely and strategic posting aligned with campaigns and launches
• Craft  eye-catching reels, stories, and short-form videos that highlight our products in a way that feels fresh and fun

Community Engagement & Brand Growth

• Foster an  authentic and engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing brand conversations
• Monitor and leverage  trends, viral moments, and influencer collaborations to grow our audience
• Utilize  analytics and insights to optimize engagement, increase reach, and refine strategy

E-Commerce & Website Management

• Oversee  website updates, product listings, and content management to ensure a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience
• Monitor  inventory, promotions, and product descriptions to maintain an optimized online store
• Ensure  banners, landing pages, and collections are fresh and on-brand
• Work with customer support to enhance  user experience and address any online shopping concerns

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute  email marketing campaigns to keep our audience engaged and excited
• Attend  photo shoots, pop-up events, and market to capture real-time content that showcases our products in an aspirational way and gives customers a first-hand look into our brand
• Ensure a  consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who  lives and breathes our brand aesthetic and has:

• A strong  eye for design, composition, and aesthetics , with the ability to create content that matches our  bold, colorful, and feminine brand identity
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus!)
• Experience creating high-quality  reels, stories, and short-form videos tailored for different social platforms
• E-commerce experience , including  website maintenance, product uploads, and platform optimization
• A passion for our clothing, accessories, and lifestyle branding —you should genuinely love what we do!
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills
• Strong  organizational skills , with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to work  both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment

Additional Requirements

• Must be  on-site most days to capture real-time content and be immersed in our brand environment
• Must submit a  portfolio or examples of previous  social media and e-commerce content , including  reels, videos, and/or website work that showcase a bold, colorful, and feminine aesthetic
