Responsibilities:

• Use AutoCAD Software to create and adjust design plans.
• Assess job sites and identify the scope of work and materials required for projects.
• Analyze project details and provide problem-solving solutions for complex jobs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project completion.
• Maintain accurate project details and documentation, including Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• CAD experience (1+ year preferred).
• Solar industry background is a PLUS .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-starter with a motivated, proactive mindset.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary:

• $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
