Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier/Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Absinthe Brasserie & Bar in San Francisco, CA. The role involves managing wine inventory, recommending wine pairings, and ensuring an exceptional wine experience for guests. The Sommelier/AGM will also be responsible for maximizing wine sales, overseeing the food and beverage program, and supporting overall restaurant operations. The candidate will work closely with staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of the establishment.
