*Job Summary:* We are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to treat speech and language disorders and impairments. The Speech Language Pathologist will serve as a key part of the interdisciplinary care team.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow to full-time as caseload increases.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct 30 minute sessions with our existing clients. Assist with initial assessments as needed
* Establish treatment priorities that include advising, educating, and counseling
* Complete required documentation (SOAP notes) to record assessment and progress
* Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other clinical providers to provide effective therapies.
* May direct support staff in assisting with treatment
* Stay current on the latest research and treatment techniques in the field of speech-language pathology
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
* Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job
* Other duties as directed
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
* Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
* Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred. Prior experience with co-treatments preferred
* Prior experience with play and language based therapies preferred
* Prior experience working with clients between the ages of 2-21 years old preferred
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
* Proficiency in utilizing speech-language therapy tools and technology
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Credentialing with insurance carriers is preferred
