As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in their homes. You will develop care plans, provide therapy, and document patient progress while working collaboratively with healthcare teams. Additionally, you will educate patients and families on alternative communication systems and participate in care coordination activities to enhance patient outcomes.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
