This individual will be designing new high-power microwave systems and diagnostics to improve the efficiency and control of our reactors. The position requires a successful candidate to be onsite. A track record of creative problem-solving and successful delivery of new products and system designs. Ability to architect a complete power amplifier design including analysis, component selection, circuit design, and board and system-level testing. Hands-on experience with RF/microwave equipment used in the test of microwave components and amplifiers (VNAs, signal generators, diodes, load-pull measurements, etc.) Proficiency in a full-wave electromagnetic design tool (HFSS, CST MWS, or COMSOL) and proficiency with other circuit design/layout tools. Compensation: $70,000 - $300,000 a year. Position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly. Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life. We provide eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Perks include employee discounts to VRAI. All benefits offered are available starting your first day.
