Job Description

*Youth Crisis Counselor with Coleman* work as a part of a cohesive, multi-disciplinary care team to provide the best outcomes for the children, adolescents, and families we serve. We provide crisis intervention services to youth and their families in their natural environment, schools, emergency rooms, and various community settings. *$5,000 sign-on bonus!*

*Available Shifts:*
* FT 10AM-6PM
* FT 8AM-8PM
* FT 12PM-8PM

*Duties of Child/Adolescent Crisis Counselor :*
* Crisis assessment and de-escalation, service navigation and linkage, safety planning, follow-up care, family and community stakeholder collaboration
* Function as part of a team and develop and maintain effective relationship with community professionals

*Child/Adolescent Crisis Counselor Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree
* LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure
* Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
* Acceptable driving record
* Candidates will be expected to complete a drug screening and background check within 48 hours of an offer of employment
