Responsibilities Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the Five Below service model that empowers the crew to say yes to customers. Anticipate customer needs and create an amazing store environment. Lead execution and maintenance of all merchandising and operational standards in alignment with Brand Standards. Develop a High Performing Crew Hire and engage talented employees with the necessary skills for the right roles at the right time. Foster an inclusive culture where people feel cared for and connected. Inspire accountability through training, coaching, and consistent feedback to direct reports. Present facts clearly, coach effectively, and actively listen to inspire trust and respect. Partner with District Manager and Human Resources for coaching, performance documentation, and employee relations matters. Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew. Execute a talent plan to attract and retain quality candidates and make Five Below an employer of choice. Support career growth through development planning and performance coaching. Develop internal and external networks to support recruitment and succession planning. Drive a Consistent Business Analyze business results and use metrics to drive performance in sales, customer experience, profitability, shrink, payroll, and staffing. Balance priorities with focus on what is critical. Develop and manage payroll budgets and crew schedules that balance financial responsibilities with customer expectations and crew availability. Ensure proper execution of financial controls and adherence to company policies. Oversee receiving, stocking procedures, and inventory compliance. Monitor merchandise flow and sell-through; perform store maintenance as needed. Adhere to Five Below Standard Operating Procedures and prioritize corporate communications.
