Testarossa Winery produces highly rated wines at the historic Novitiate Winery. Recognized for our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, we offer our guests an elegant tasting experience of our single vineyard and appellation wines. We currently have over 1,600 wine scores of 90+ points!

What the Tasting Room Bar Back does!
As a tasting room bar back, you’ll be essential in connecting the back of the house to the front of the house. You ensure that the tasting room is prepared for service, well stocked with flights of wine, so our sales team can focus their attention on providing exceptional service. This role provides the perfect opportunity to become familiar with our wines and the winery while developing the knowledge and skills required for other guest facing roles.
