We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Tax Attorney to join our well-established legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a solid background in tax law and a passion for navigating the intricacies of tax formation and business tax. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of tax matters to ensure our clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on tax laws, regulations, and practices across various jurisdictions.
• Develop innovative tax strategies and planning solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Represent clients in tax audits and proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and their obligations are met.
• Review and interpret tax legislation, regulations, court decisions, and administrative rulings.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and reports.

Job Details

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a tax attorney with a focus on tax formation and business tax.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex tax cases.
