Our client, a Famous Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team on an on-call basis.

Responsibilities
Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
Manage the front desk and greet all guests
Complete admin paperwork/ filing as needed
Ensure office supplies are available / ordered
Assist in coordinating staff meetings or trainings
Act as a liaison for several departments
Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
1-2 years of office management/reception experience in the fashion or beauty industry is required.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
Strong problem solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
