We are looking for a skilled Tile Setter who also has experience in full bathroom remodels, including plumbing, drywall, Light electrical, Taping, Painting, and baseboards.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and positive-minded Tile Setter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude who specializes in tile setting while also assisting with:

Plumbing (basic rough-in and finish installations)

Drywall work (patching, waterproofing, and prep for tile)

Baseboards and trim installation

General finish work to complete high-quality bathroom remodels

Key Responsibilities:

Install tile with precision and attention to detail, ensuring perfect alignment, leveling, and spacing.

Work with a variety of tile materials, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaics.

Waterproof and prep surfaces to industry standards.

Assist in plumbing rough-ins, drain installations, and fixture placements.

Patch and prepare drywall for a smooth finish before tile installation.

Install baseboards and trim with clean, professional cuts and finishing.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with the team, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude on-site.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tile Setter with a strong portfolio of work.

Experience in full bathroom remodels, including plumbing, drywall, and trim work.

Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Extreme attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of modern waterproofing systems (e.g., Schluter, RedGard).

Experience with high-end finishes and custom tile designs.
